Q:WHAT DOES SEMI AUTOMATIC MEAN?

Q:WHAT DOES MY COMPUTER NEED TO RUN TUSA (The software)?

You need a PC running one of the latest Microsoft Windows operating system followed by Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher. Clients are successfully running TUSA on x64 machines. You can find updates via our website or email.

Q:I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY LICENSE KEY VIA EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

No problem. You need to send our staff your confirmation key here. The confirmation key is obtained by running the tool for the first time. We will quickly email you back your license key.

Q: HOW DO I INSTALL / UPDATE THE SOFTWARE?

Unzip the downloaded file onto your desktop. You will find a setup.exe file, execute it. And follow the basic setup wizard for a successful installation. Easy stuff.

Q: GETTING A WEIRD ERROR?

The tool is programmed with anti-crash code, however nothing is bullet proof. If you are getting an error of some type, please report it to the team here. Please provide as much information as you can.
